Companies registering under this focus area must provide technology solutions that directly improve the resident experience, such as user-friendly platforms, accessible service delivery systems, or innovative customer engagement tools.
- Digitization: Involves the transformation of services and processes through digital technologies. For example, it includes converting paper-based intake and workflows to digital intake and workflows.

- Automation and Modular Solutions: Deals with implementing automated systems and modular approaches to improve operational effectiveness.
Registration Types
Presenter Registration: As a Presenter, you will have the opportunity to speak directly to DoIT leadership and other attendees about your company, focusing on the innovative solutions you provide. Your presentation should cover what your company has done for other states, highlight successful projects or programs, and discuss any lessons learned along the way. This is your chance to showcase how your solutions align with the selected focus areas and contribute to technological advancement in Illinois.
Table Registration: If you prefer not to present, or if all presenter slots are filled, you can register for a table space. Vendors with a table will have the opportunity to provide similar information in the form of handouts or other materials to be distributed to DoIT leadership and attendees. This option allows you to share valuable insights and network with other industry leaders throughout the event.
Attendee Registration: If you wish to participate in the event without presenting or reserving a table, please register as an Attendee. This registration will allow you to participate in discussions, network with other vendors, and gain valuable insights from industry leaders.
If you were unable to secure a presenter slot but are still interested in presenting, you can add a note during registration indicating your interest in being considered if a time slot becomes available. Please include the focus area you are interested in. This way, you’ll be on standby to present if an opportunity arises.
